  Pizza was okay, nothing to write home about. The cheesesteak was disappointing at best. Hardly any meat. If I wanted a roll, I could have gone to the deli.....
  Pass this one, there are better places in the area

  This place is an absolute blacklist no go. The manager did not care that they made a horrible first impression on a brand new customer with their lackluster service. After hearing the gentleman who took my order fumble with my address several times, I belted it out to him slowly and clearly. In any case, he got the address wrong. On top of that, despite me calling three times during this whole ordeal (don't you people have caller ID?), they also had my phone number wrong! Nice job guys.
  
  Anyway, so I order my food (just a salad.....a $9 salad mind you) and I'm told 30-40 minutes. Cool. An hour goes by. I call, courteous as ever and I'm told that he'll be here ANY minute now! Okay no problem! I completely understand.
  
  And then another hour goes by. By now, the driver had gone to the wrong apartment and called the wrong number. I called the restaurant and the girl asks "he hadn't gotten there yet?!" So....somewhere during that hour don't you think that delivery driver should have called the restaurant to let them know they have some misinformation? It's obvious it was not a prank, I used my credit card to pre pay for the order.
  
  So now the manager and I are on the phone and he's showing no remorse, makes no apologies and no attempts to "wow" this new customer by making it right. When my order finally arrived, I opted not to tip the driver since I feel my wait time was partially his fault. I would expect a professional to have apologized, walked away and kept his mouth shut. Nope, as I closed my door he started shouting about how he wasted a half hour of his time looking for my apartment and then proceeding to shout expletives at me in a quiet complex at 930 at night.
  
  I then spoke with the manager again who admitted that the driver's conduct was unacceptable but still did not offer any apology or semblance of restitution to this new customer who paid 11.95 for a salad that took two hours and was delivered by a mouthy punk.
  
  Certainly not my idea of a quality place to spend your money. Take your cash elsewhere folks....pizza city isn't worth it.
